Designed especially for fourth graders studying Idaho history, this junior historian program inspires the student to actively participate in the study of state history.

Teachers of classes that form a chapter of the Prospector Club will receive information packets to supplement their Idaho history curriculum. These packets include information sheets, activities, games, monthly newsletters, and information on other resources that are available to teachers.

Each student in the class will receive a membership card and a stick-on badge with the club logo. Students are invited to submit their work to the monthly newsletter for publication.

The fees for the Prospector Club have changed:

Package 1 -- $10 per chapter
Chapter will receive membership cards and stickers and access to the online monthly newsletter, but only one copy of the student activities packet to be copied at the discretion of the teacher.

Package 2 -- $1.25 per student ($12.50 minimum)
Chapter will receive cards, stickers, and activities packets for each student as well as access to the monthly online newsletter.
