Civilian Conservation Corp (CCC) Oral History Project
Oral Historian Linda Morton-Keithley and Architectural Historian Lauren McCroskey of the Idaho State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) conducted this project from 1993 to 1995 to document the development and construction of Heyburn State Park and other Idaho locations as undertaken by the CCC in the 1930’s. Consisting of 23 interviews, the project provided insight into the CCC organization, the workers' daily lives, and the work assignments they completed throughout Idaho and the Northwest.
